Returns & Exchanges
At Rails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer, attach the pre-paid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
